“To Cheat, or Not to Cheat".......

on Friday, March 25, 2011

Cheating refers to the overt or covert breaking of rules to gain advantage in a competitive situation. The rules infringed may be explicit, or they may be from an unwritten code of conduct based on morality, ethics or custom, making the identification of cheating a subjective process.

I think cheating is a crime because it is a beginning of other crime. In other word, mother of the crime. There are so many reasons why people cheat. First, it has been their habits, they are not think about the bad effect of doing this ‘crime’. Second, it is easy way to protect their mistakes or loved ones mistakes. Third, easy way to get something such as dreams and self-satisfaction in a short period of time.

As a student, cheating has come a part of our habits. Sometimes, we ‘copy paste’ others work to finish our assignment, because doing a last minute work. Sometimes, we hangout with colleagues without telling our parents. Cheating in examinations should be taken as a serious offense for example expel from the university because student will not repeat their bad habits in a future, students will know that cheating is a big crime.

Prioritise Education...

Parents in the rural areas are urged to change their mindset and give the most priority to their children’s education as this will lead to a better life for them eventually. Rural and Regional Development Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Safie Apdal said majority of the rural folks have lower education level and only 14.3% of the work force in rural areas are qualified with higher education.

“We want parents to spend more quality time with their children especially to monitor their progress in education,” he said in his speech read by his Deputy Datuk Hassan Malek at the closing ceremony of the Human Capital convention.

He said one way of achieving that was to have a least one child from one family in rural areas holding a professional job. Teacher’s skills at schools and educational institutions in rural areas, he added, would be further improved and enhanced to ensure they would be able to impart better knowledge to students.

He hoped participants had benefited from the attending convention and this was one of the initiatives taken by the ministry improve better parenting skills to rural folks. Mohd Shafie said modern living standards is now a challenge for parents to ensure that their children are not problematic or involved in social ills.

Dressing in Islam…

We have to learn about dressing in Islam, although its sound weird, but it is important to all muslim. For men, we should conceal the bodily parts between the navel and the knees but for women, they should cover the whole of their bodies except the face, hands, and feet. Secondly, Islam asks men to keep from wearing silk dress and golden and silver jewellery, and both men and women to avoid using dresses which are luxurious and showy and suggest conceit and vanity. In the third place, Islam wants the human dress to be free from all those symbols of idolatory and polytheism which have been adopted by any religious. We have to show to the other religion for the best vision. Please take it serious, I’m don’t want to teach anyone but I’m only just remember each other because I love you all.

My top 5 awesome things...or a positive thing that I'm going to do during the mid-semester break is take care of my nephews. Ohhh… I will be rich. You know why? My elder brother will give to me a lot of money if I can watch over his sons. He have two sons, Ikmal Hakim and Afiq Syazwan. I know that children are to naughty, but I think I can withstand about this. In the morning, it is sure that they will wake up at 9 a.m. and in the evening I will bring them to the playground. But it is not easy, because I’m also have to think about their food. We must be a patient person first. And after that, only 1 month, I can get RM400. Woowwwww..

Students’ Election…..

Students must vote during the 'Students'
Election' because we have to select the student which have the abilities to lead. The representatives student have the biggest responsibility that have to be mediation between students and management. If we are voting the students that doesn’t have the ability to do work and co-operation, it is no use and maybe all student will get more problems. By the way, I have choose and vote the best among the best student. For me, I will look at their attitude first, and we must have to ensure that the student that we choose can do their works.
