Great Leaders are not born, they are made.,,

There is the assumption that leaders are not created, but born. This assumption certainly makes most people think that being a leader is not as easy as I thought. Expertise is needed to become a leader who is acceptable to all segments of society. However, if we examine in more depth, lack of regenaration leader in community groups is caused due to loss of consciousness and ability to convince young people themselves as leaders. Moreover, coupled with a system that always glorify the old to the ground have a better experience, Destroyed hope the younger generation to emerge as a new leadership system. In fact, it is not possible, generation of leadership is dominated by the younger generation has more thoughts from the creative and optimistic thinking of the old. This is of course to divide society into two parts. The pro portion of young people and part of the old pro. Communities that agree with the leadership of young people of course, Hope is a revolutionary policies and policies that better appreciate the small community. Group prefers the old pro based policy by a more experience in government held by the leaders who have been outstanding. However, the gap between the leadership of young and older generations genarasi be separated by looking at the problems being faced by this nation. It is better to look at leadership styles that match and in accordance with the wishes of the community.

Birth Order Trait

on Friday, February 11, 2011
Assalamualaikum…

Have you heard about the psychologist claim that our birth order determines our

character? If we look back on this matter from the perspective of Islam, our characters are

not directly related to birth. We can’t say that the eldest child is more intelligent than the

youngest. Why? It is because many people that the middle child are higher intelligent

than the eldest child. In fact, we ourselves have to bear the nature of ourselves, whether

we can become leaders, who are responsible, to be independent, be brave and other. So, if

you are the youngest or the middle child, don’t think that you are trapped.

ABU AL-ISLAM-AZ-Zahrawi KASSIM (ALBUCASIS)

on Thursday, February 10, 2011
Almost a thousand years ago when Spain (Andalusia) is part of the Islamic empire, near the main town in Cordoba lived among the greatest, but now almost forgotten surgical pioneer. He is Al-Zahrawi, but once in European languages his name written in several different calls like Abulcases, Albucasis, Bulcasis, Bulcasim, Bulcari, Alzahawi, Ezzahrawi, Zahravius, Alcarani, Alsarani, Alcaravi, Alcaravius, Alsahrawi and others . Al Zahrawi believed to be born in a town of El-Zahra six miles north west of Cordoba in the year 936 to 940. This is where he lived, studied, taught and practiced medicine and surgery so that when he died in 1013, two years after the destruction of El-Zahra. Due to the destruction of El-Zahra, too little is known about Al-Zahrawi notoriety. Money Incentives,,,what are they good for????

on Monday, February 7, 2011
"Do you think we should give monetary incentives to the KP2 students to motivate them to get better grades?"

   M
oney..money..money.With money, people could ruled the world and do anything their like.Money is any object or record, that is generally accepted as payment for goods and services and repayment of debts in a given country or socio-economic context. On our topic, by giving monetary incentives to the KP2 students, in order to motivate them to get better grades, i am totally disagreed. This is because, encourage compliance rather than risk-taking, monetary incentives may be used to other more important things, and can reduce student’s abilities and self-confident.
Firstly, by giving monetary incentives to the KP2 students, in order to motivate them could encourage compliance rather than risk-taking. This is because  most rewards are based only on performance. As a result, KP2 students are discouraged from being creative and progressive in their learning process.
Secondly, monetary incentives may be used to other more important things. Department of students affair can do a motivation talk from this money by provide a best motivater in Malaysia whose can attract student to listen carefully and can open their mind that they still have a chance to cover their past mistakes. For example, Dato’ Dr. Fadzilah Kamsah, Managing Director and Principal Consultant of Excel Training & Consultancy (M) Sdn. Bhd.

Thirdly, money incentives can reduce student’s abilities and self confidence in their learning performance. A challenge assignment and coursework from lecturer would assure a student of the management's confidence in their abilities, but KP2 students will do their work casually. This is because they only think about money rather than improving their abilities on doing the assignment.

In a nut shell, students can achieved without money incentives, which is  money is not a key of success because encourage compliance rather than risk-taking, monetary incentives may be used to other more important things, and can reduce student’s abilities and self-confident.
