"Do you think we should give monetary incentives to the KP2 students to motivate them to get better grades?"

   M
oney..money..money.With money, people could ruled the world and do anything their like.Money is any object or record, that is generally accepted as payment for goods and services and repayment of debts in a given country or socio-economic context. On our topic, by giving monetary incentives to the KP2 students, in order to motivate them to get better grades, i am totally disagreed. This is because, encourage compliance rather than risk-taking, monetary incentives may be used to other more important things, and can reduce student’s abilities and self-confident.
Firstly, by giving monetary incentives to the KP2 students, in order to motivate them could encourage compliance rather than risk-taking. This is because  most rewards are based only on performance. As a result, KP2 students are discouraged from being creative and progressive in their learning process.
Secondly, monetary incentives may be used to other more important things. Department of students affair can do a motivation talk from this money by provide a best motivater in Malaysia whose can attract student to listen carefully and can open their mind that they still have a chance to cover their past mistakes. For example, Dato’ Dr. Fadzilah Kamsah, Managing Director and Principal Consultant of Excel Training & Consultancy (M) Sdn. Bhd.

Thirdly, money incentives can reduce student’s abilities and self confidence in their learning performance. A challenge assignment and coursework from lecturer would assure a student of the management's confidence in their abilities, but KP2 students will do their work casually. This is because they only think about money rather than improving their abilities on doing the assignment.

In a nut shell, students can achieved without money incentives, which is  money is not a key of success because encourage compliance rather than risk-taking, monetary incentives may be used to other more important things, and can reduce student’s abilities and self-confident.
